Hey Guys and Girls, 
 
We’re certainly in a crazy time at the moment, people have been having to make do with home workout, garages, parks and more. Some of us has thrived and some of us have had it really tough. 
 
I’m sure you've see a TON of ads for PT’s looking for clients, knowing that i was hesitant to even make a post. BUT I’m not just any old PT hungry for $$. 
 
I’ve been training a variety of people in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs for over a decade now. Professional MMA fighter with Fitness 3 & 4 Certificate and over 10 years experience in body composition, supps, nutrition and mostly of Boxing/Martial Arts.
 
NOW is the time to get fit via learning a new SKILL. If you’ve ever had the desire to learn how to defend yourself, slip a punch, block a kick, get better for sports sake or simply change your body shape and in doing so change your mentality HIT ME UP. 
 
Im a friendly giant (hate that term) and I love training young kids, mums, dads, girls afraid to get their nails broken and fellow meatheads. Be it smashing the pads by the beach or at your home, pull up bars in Bondi, or getting in some work in Newtown, I'm around and have times available!
