Your role at CE as a Customer Support Officer will see you handling incoming calls (no outbound) to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will handle a range of enquiries around office products including the processing of orders and will also spot opportunities to cross sell products and services. You will receive training and support and can be assured that you will not be thrown in the deep end!
